Who we are

"TUS Global", "we" and "us" means TUSGLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, 1st Floor, 30/584/F, Behind PWD Rest House, Chalakudy, Thrissur, Kerala 680307, India. We also operate TUS GLOBAL PTE. LTD., 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. For this website and the products described below, the Indian entity is the data controller, and this policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where we serve clients in Singapore, we also respect the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect on this website

Contact form: your name, company, email, phone number and message — used only to reply to your enquiry and discuss work with you.

Job applications: your name, email, phone, links you share, your message and your resume — used only to consider you for work with us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Our products

Kindly Join (kindlyjoin.com): when a customer orders an invitation, we collect the event details, names and photographs they choose to include. Invitations are public web pages — anyone with the link can view them, which is their purpose. An invitation stays live for 12 months from the date it is published. After that it is taken down, and all associated files including photographs are permanently deleted within 60 days, unless the customer renews. Customers may request earlier takedown or deletion at any time.

Trip Updates (updates.tusglobal.tech): for agency customers, we collect the business details required to set up WhatsApp Business messaging — agency name, business profile details and WhatsApp number. On behalf of agencies, the platform processes the names and WhatsApp numbers of parents who receive trip updates. Agencies are responsible for having consent to message those recipients; we process this data only to deliver the service and do not use it for any other purpose.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to operate: web hosting, email delivery (Resend, to send form submissions to our own inbox), and WhatsApp Business messaging (Meta) for Trip Updates. Each receives only what is needed to do its job.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently sets no advertising cookies. We may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site; where we do, data is collected in aggregate and a notice is shown. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

How long we keep information

See our Data Retention & Deletion page for the full schedule. In short: enquiries up to 24 months, job applications up to 12 months, invitation files 12 months from publish plus 60 days, and accounting records as long as law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@tusglobal.tech. We respond within 30 days. If you are in India, you may also have rights under the DPDP Act, including the right to grievance redressal.
