Terms of Service

Who you're dealing with

Services are provided by TUSGLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (India) or TUS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. (Singapore), as stated in your agreement or invoice. These website terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having jurisdiction. Individual client agreements may specify the contracting entity and governing law separately, and where they do, the agreement prevails.

Engagements and agreements

Every project or ongoing service is confirmed in writing — a proposal, agreement or invoice describing scope, timeline and price — before work begins. That written scope is the reference for what is included. Work outside it is quoted separately before it is done.

Payments

Project work (websites, branding and similar) is invoiced 50% in advance and the balance before launch or handover. Social media management is invoiced monthly in advance. Ongoing services may carry a minimum contract period as agreed; after any minimum period, either side may end the service with one month's written notice. Prices exclude GST and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that content you provide to us — text, images, logos, data — is yours to use, and that instructions you give us do not infringe anyone's rights. For products that message people (such as Trip Updates), you are responsible for having the recipients' consent.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the deliverables made for you — your website, your brand assets, your content. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and the right to describe non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We work carefully, and we fix our mistakes at our cost. Beyond that, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Products

Kindly Join and Trip Updates carry their own product terms where presented at purchase or signup; these website terms apply where product terms are silent.
